As a part of the research projects "BIOrdinary" and "The environmental afterlives of the Suez Canal" at Stockholm University, we embarked on a three day workshop bringing together scholars from "SEATIMES project" at Bergen University, "Off the Menu" at University of Augsburg University, to discuss, learn and engage with research on, in and with water and aquatic species.

Workshop participants also visited Hötorgshallen and Musslan, where the team got to talk to diffent actors about changes in the sea affecting what we can and want to eat.

The headchef at Musslan talking about how environmental and social changes and trends are affecting the restaurant and its visitors.
